TENSTREET PRICING · 2026

Tenstreet doesn't publish prices. Here's how the quote is built.

No list price exists, and any figure you find quoted on a third-party site is a guess. What you can know before you talk to sales is the structure of the quote, the month-to-month option most small carriers miss, and the questions that turn a starting rate into a number you can actually compare.

Straight answer first

There is no published Tenstreet price — and we're not going to invent one

Tenstreet quotes each carrier individually, and states its price depends on products, services, fleet size and other variables. No list price exists to look up. If you find a site confidently stating "Tenstreet costs $X per truck", that number was not sourced from Tenstreet, and we are not going to add another one to the pile.

What Tenstreet does publish is more useful than most of its peers manage: its contract stance. Its pricing page states plainly that "An annual contract does not have to be signed." That single sentence is worth knowing before a term sheet lands in front of you.

Checked 12 September 2026. Three things are stated here because Tenstreet publishes them: that its price depends on products, services and fleet size; that "An annual contract does not have to be signed"; and that with On-Demand your job openings stay visible so drivers can apply while the subscription is inactive. Read them yourself on Tenstreet's pricing page and its On-Demand page. Everything else on this page is either our own pricing or general advice about reading a quote. Vendors change terms without notice — if you find something out of date here, tell us and we will fix it.

What drives the quote

  • Fleet size. Named by Tenstreet as a price input, so growth is likely a cost event.
  • Products and services. Both named as inputs. Which are bundled is not published — ask.
  • "Other variables." Tenstreet's own phrase. It is doing real work in that sentence.
  • Screening, typically. Clearinghouse queries and MVRs are per-transaction across this category. Tenstreet does not publish its handling — confirm it.

The small-fleet door

Tenstreet On-Demand is an explicitly month-to-month option aimed at smaller fleets. Tenstreet states that your job openings stay visible and drivers can still apply while the subscription is inactive — so a quiet hiring quarter does not mean your postings disappear.

For a carrier hiring three drivers a year rather than three a week, this is the relevant door — and it is the part of Tenstreet most small carriers never hear about. What it costs, and exactly what does and does not keep working while the subscription is inactive, are both questions to put in writing.

Getting a real number

Five questions that turn a starting rate into a comparable figure

The number a vendor leads with and the number you get invoiced are rarely the same, and the gap is almost always modules and per-transaction costs. Ask these in writing, and ask the same five of anyone you are comparing against.

  1. 01

What is the all-in monthly figure for a fleet our size?

Tenstreet states its price depends on products, services, fleet size and other variables. A rate quoted against one fleet size, with several products attached, is not the number you will be invoiced.

  2. 02

Which products and services are included, and which are billed separately?

Tenstreet names products, services and other variables as price inputs without saying which are bundled. Integrations are commonly separate too. Ask for the line items, not the bundle name.

  3. 03

What does each Clearinghouse query and MVR cost on top?

Screening is usually pass-through and per-transaction. At three drivers a year it is noise; at thirty it is a budget line.

  4. 04

Is this month-to-month or a term, and what is the renewal notice?

Their pricing page says an annual contract does not have to be signed — so if you are being handed a term sheet, ask why.

  5. 05

What happens to the price when we add trucks mid-term?

Fleet size is a stated price input, so growth is likely a cost event. Find out the step, and when it applies, not just the starting rate.

What Fleetive costs — published, flat, per company

We are a different shape of product, and the honest framing matters: Fleetive is not a recruiting platform and does not source drivers at volume. If that is your bottleneck, Tenstreet is the better-aimed tool and we would say so. If what you need is clean onboarding for a few drivers a year plus qualification files, compliance and settlements in one place, this is the price.

Tenstreet pricing questions

How much does Tenstreet cost?
Tenstreet does not publish its prices. Tenstreet states its price depends on products, services, fleet size and other variables, so there is no list price to look up and any figure you find on a third-party site is a guess. What Tenstreet does publish is its contract stance: its pricing page states that "An annual contract does not have to be signed." To get a real number you have to request a quote — the questions further up this page are the ones that produce a comparable figure rather than a starting rate.
Does Tenstreet have a plan for small fleets?
Yes. Tenstreet On-Demand is an explicitly month-to-month option aimed at smaller fleets. Usefully for a carrier that hires in bursts, Tenstreet states that your job openings remain visible and drivers can still apply while the subscription is inactive, so a quiet quarter does not take your postings down. For a carrier hiring three drivers a year rather than three a week, that is the relevant door. Tenstreet does not publish what On-Demand costs, so ask for that figure — and ask exactly what does and does not stay active while the subscription is inactive, because the only thing Tenstreet states publicly is that job openings stay visible and drivers can still apply.
Why do so many trucking software vendors hide pricing?
Because quotes are scoped per carrier — commonly by fleet size, sometimes by seats or by which products you take — so one published number would be wrong for most visitors. It is not necessarily a trick. The practical consequence is real, though: you cannot compare two vendors without going through two sales processes, which is why a small carrier often ends up choosing on the first quote rather than the best fit.
What does Fleetive cost by comparison?
Fleetive publishes its pricing: $29/month for owner-operators, $69/month mid-size, $99/month for fleets, $179/month for larger fleets, and custom above 25 trucks. It is flat per company rather than per driver, so hiring does not change the bill, and there is a 14-day free trial with no card required. That is a genuinely different shape of product to Tenstreet — Fleetive is not a recruiting platform and does not source drivers at volume.
