Two vendors, one decision, no sales pitch
Every page in this section compares two other companies and tells you which one to buy. Not "here are their flaws, now buy ours" — an actual answer, for an actual situation, naming one of the two vendors on the page.
Fleetive is a competitor to several of the vendors below, and we say so on every page. Our own side of the argument is on the comparison pages, which are clearly labelled as ours. This section is deliberately not that.

How these pages are written
Prices come from the vendor, or not at all
A dollar figure is published only when it was read off that vendor's own site, with the URL listed in the page's sources. Otherwise the row reads "quote only". We do not estimate a competitor's price.
Directory numbers are not vendor prices
Software directories routinely carry figures a vendor never published, and some are simply wrong. Where one is worth mentioning it is labelled unverified, in prose, with the source named.
Contract terms are not assumed
Term length is stated only from vendor-owned material. Everywhere else it reads "not published — confirm", because a guess about a multi-year commitment is the most expensive kind to get wrong.
One mention, at the end
Fleetive appears once per page, in "where both fall short", as a different shape of product — not as the answer to a question about somebody else's software.
Common questions
- Why would a software company write neutral comparisons of its competitors?
- Because the alternative is useless to the reader. Someone searching "Samsara vs Motive" is choosing between those two, not looking for a third vendor's sales pitch. These pages answer the question that was actually asked, name a winner for a given situation, and mention Fleetive once, at the end, as a different shape of product. Our own advocacy pages live under /compare/ and are labelled as ours.
- How do you decide what to publish as a vendor's price?
- A dollar figure appears only if it was read off that vendor's own website, and the source URL is listed on the page. Where a vendor does not publish pricing, the page says "quote only" rather than estimating. We do not repeat figures from third-party software directories as if they were the vendor's published price, because those numbers are frequently stale or simply wrong.
- How current is this?
- Every page in this section was checked on 6 September 2026 and carries that date visibly. Vendor pricing, packaging and contract terms change without notice, so confirm anything that will drive a purchase directly with the vendor before you sign.
- Do you get paid by any of the vendors compared here?
- No. There are no affiliate links, referral fees or paid placements in this section, and outbound vendor links carry rel="nofollow". Fleetive is a competitor to several of the vendors covered, which is disclosed on every page.
